“If you do not live a life by design, you’ll live a life by default”

I love a challenge. My career has progressed quickly because I am happiest when I am pushing my boundaries. As an Operations professional for 20 years, I have had the unique privilege to live and work in both the North American (2004-2016) and European markets (2016-Present). Interacting daily with colleagues and customers from throughout the world has brought significant influences on my work and personal life. The cultural, linguistic, and commercial differences have allowed for personal growth while giving me a unique perspective to make an impact.

My experience across multiple industries has given me a diverse perspective within high growth, private equity backed Software and Fintech companies. My focus has been on establishing GTM processes, structuring incentive schemes, scaling commercial technology systems, and managing large datasets to enable commercial teams to achieve 20-50%+ YoY growth.

My 20-year career has seen highs and lows. I have been fortunate to participate in two successful exits worth almost $2B. I have also been a part of a $500M bankruptcy. The private equity playbook often assumes 20%+ organic growth as well as growth through acquisition. This has given me the opportunity to be on the front line of multiple acquisitions, responsible for helping to integrate the commercial operations of the businesses and establishing a single company culture.

Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands since 2021, I am a passionate traveler visiting almost 50 countries on 6 continents and an avid outdoor sports enthusiast. I can often be found on a bike or in the mountains, enjoying time with my wife and two children.
